Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Prism Bot Discord application, web dashboard, API endpoints, and Minecraft fleet integrations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting Prism Bot to your Discord guild, accessing our web dashboard, authenticating via Discord OAuth2, or connecting Minecraft server instances, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or add Prism Bot to your servers.
You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country) and possess full authority to bind the Discord servers or Minecraft instances you connect.
2. Discord Platform Compliance
Prism Bot operates on the Discord API. Your use of Prism Bot is subject to and must fully comply with:
- Discord Terms of Service: Available at discord.com/terms
- Discord Community Guidelines: Available at discord.com/guidelines
- Discord Developer Policy: Strictly adhering to API rate limits, user privacy, and data protection.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited actions:
4. Minecraft Fleet & Remote Console (RCON) Terms
Prism Bot allows server administrators to register Minecraft instances (Paper, Purpur, Velocity, Fabric, Spigot) and execute commands via RCON.
By registering a Minecraft server:
- You warrant that you are the lawful owner or designated operator of the target IP address and port.
- You acknowledge that RCON commands executed through the dashboard carry root console permissions in your game server.
- Prism Bot is not liable for server crashes, data corruption, player inventory loss, or world rollbacks resulting from user-executed console commands.
All Minecraft operations must comply with Mojang's Commercial Usage Guidelines and Minecraft EULA.
5. Account Linking & In-Game Moderation Sanctions
Our account linking service binds Discord IDs to Minecraft UUIDs via verification PIN codes. Individual Discord guild owners and staff maintain autonomous authority over in-game disciplinary actions (bans, mutes, warnings).
Prism Bot acts as a neutral management conduit. Any disputes regarding bans, warnings, or mutes issued in individual communities must be addressed with that specific server's staff team.
6. Intellectual Property & CC BY-ND 4.0 License
Prism Bot, including its source code, documentation, web dashboard interfaces, brand identity, and operational designs, is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International Public License (CC BY-ND 4.0).
Attribution (BY): You must give appropriate credit to Prism Bot (minedkibbles21 / kibbles.dev), provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
NoDerivatives (ND): If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material publicly without express prior written consent from the author.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Prism Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
While we maintain a redundant 5-cloud database mesh (Turso, MongoDB, Supabase, Layerbase, Aiven), we do not guarantee uninterrupted gateway connectivity, zero latency, or 100% uptime during upstream Discord or hosting outages.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prism Bot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost server data, unauthorized guild access due to compromised staff accounts, or bot downtime.
9. Termination & Blacklisting
We reserve the right to immediately terminate access, blacklist guilds, or revoke API tokens for any user or Discord server that violates these Terms, participates in malicious bot raids, or attempts to disrupt infrastructure operations.
